Active leaks come first. We prioritize calls where water is getting in and can usually inspect within a day or two — same day when the schedule allows. For non-urgent repairs, we'll book the first slot that works for you.
Do you charge for a repair estimate?
No. Inspections and estimates are free, in writing, and come with photos of what we found so you can see the problem yourself rather than take our word for it.
Will the repaired area match the rest of my roof?
We match the shingle style and get as close on color as the manufacturer allows. On an older roof, some weathering difference is unavoidable — new shingles haven't had ten winters on them yet — and it fades with time.
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
Age and spread. Isolated damage on a younger roof is a repair; recurring leaks in different spots or a roof past its expected lifespan usually means patching is throwing good money after bad. We'll show you which case yours is, with photos.
